Customer Service Representative

As one of the most important customer interactions in the company, this fast-paced position responds promptly to inquiries and resolves customer problems in a thorough and effective manner. We are looking for a high-energy individual who is conversational, articulate, and engaging with a positive attitude.
Tasks:
- General office duties
- Selling and promoting all S&T services
- Processing customer orders, applications, and payments
- Coordinating with technicians while maintaining open lines of communication
Desired Knowledge, Education, and Experience:
- High school diploma
- One year of customer service
- 2 to 3 years of computer experience
- A valid Kansas driver's license with a good driving record
- Hard-working, self-motivated, friendly/positive personality
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Enjoys working with customers and coworkers
- Honest and dependable
